Makena is an NCCPA certified Physician Assistant.

Makena Turner is a physician assistant specializing in medical oncology and hematology. She enjoys taking the time to educate her patients so they can understand and participate in their care. She strives to be a resource for the questions patients possess, and provide a sense of comfort and reassurance during their treatment journey.

Makena received her B.S. in Biology at Boise State University and a Master of Physician Assistant studies from Idaho State University. She is a National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certified physician assistant.

In her free time, Makena enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking, golfing, and traveling.
